The IAATE annual Conference will take place at Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort located 35 miles southeast of Knoxville, Tennessee in scenic Pigeon Forge at the gateway of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. HeartSong captures the spirit of the Smokies through a graceful combination of cabin coziness and luxurious resort amenities, along with plenty of Dolly Parton memorabilia. HeartSong is also centrally located to all the whimsical tourism you could want from Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg, Tennessee—charming attractions, lively dinner shows, and more line the brightly lit Parkway.

Reservations

We have secured the discounted rates of $179.00 per room, regardless of single or double occupancy.

The hotel will be holding a block of rooms for us until Friday, January 17, 2025. Reservations made after that date will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis. Check in time is 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure. If early arrivals or late departures are necessary, please let the hotel know in advance and they will make every effort to accommodate.

Transportation to Hotel

If you are traveling by air, you will fly into Knoxville’s McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). There are no shuttles from the airport to the Dollywood resorts. The drive from the airport to our conference hotel is approximately 50 minutes. If you choose to rent a car and drive yourself, parking at the resort is complimentary. Our host committee is working on securing some discount codes for Uber or Lyft and we are also working on having a shuttle bus that will run trips between the airport and the hotel at set times. We will share details as soon as confirmed.
