PLEASE NOTE FOR 2025: While you can still attend the paper session days of our conference as a walk-in with a day price for each as well as our full-day workshop on Wednesday, for pre-planning necessities it is not possible to sign up for any other events at the conference itself. The Pre-conference Trip, Icebreaker, Zoo Day, and Banquet can only be participated in with full pre-registration. The Wednesday and Friday workshops may be available to sign up for at the conference itself but only if space permits (not guaranteed).
All attendees at our conference are expected to read and abide by our IAATE Conference Code of Conduct

Registration fees for 2025
Member: $315 (until midnight EST Dec 31) $355 (Jan 1-31)
Non-member: $415 (until midnight EST Dec 31) $455 (Jan 1-31)
Student: $275 (until midnight EST Dec 31) $275 (Jan 1-31)

Extraordinary Training Skill – How to Recognize it and How to Achieve it (Full-day Workshop) $100
Friday Workshops at AEF $35 (each)
1. Only ONE registration form per person (please complete the process for each registrant by clicking on ‘register another’ at the summary of charges page in the online process).
2. Name and Affiliation should be listed as you would like it to appear on your name tag.
3. Membership must be current for 2025 to receive membership rates and proof of student status is required for student rates.
4. No refunds will be given after January 31, 2025.
5. A $25 cancellation fee applies to all canceled registrations.
6. A position in a workshop is offered on a first come first serve basis. If space is filled a message will be displayed informing you that the workshop is full.
