The IAATE-ABMA Conference will take place at Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, a beautiful space for our conference, which has been named to the Historic Hotels of America Top 25 list. Our hotel is located on the corner of Fifth and Race streets in the heart of downtown; steps from the Fountain Square entertainment district, streetcar station, and convention center. Minutes from the Great American Ball Park and Reds Hall of Fame, Paul Brown Stadium, Cincinnati Museum Center, National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, and many more points of interest.

Reservations

We have secured the discounted rates of $169/night per room, regardless of single or double occupancy.

The hotel will be holding a block of rooms for us until 5:00 p.m. EST Monday, March 9, 2026. Reservations made after that date will be accepted on a space-available and rate-available basis. Check in time is 4 pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 11 am on the day of departure. If early arrivals or late departures are necessary, please let the hotel know in advance and they will make every effort to accommodate. Reservations may be cancelled without first night’s room and tax penalty if done so 48 hours before scheduled arrival.

Transportation to Hotel

If you are traveling by air, you will fly into Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Int’l Airport (CVG). The drive from the airport to our conference hotel is approximately 12 miles, 15 minutes. 

If you are driving to Cincinnati, please be aware the hotel is located in a downtown area and does not have free parking. There is a parking garage owned by a third party. Valet parking is $50/night. Self-parking is $35/night. Both valet and self-parking do have in/out privileges.

Looking for a roommate?  We can help!  Contact lodging@theabma.org, and you will be provided with a list of other conference attendees looking for roommates.  

By providing a resource to assist conference attendees with their lodging finances, the conference attendee hereby agrees to not hold liable The Animal BehaviorManagement Alliance (ABMA) or the International Association of Avian Trainers and Educators (IAATE)  for any of the roommate choices attendees may consider, pursue, and/or agree upon.  It is the sole responsibility of the conference attendee to communicate with and research a potential roommate for the annual conference.  The ABMA and IAATE are merely providing a means to communicate, which will only be released via electronic media to the individual conference attendee requesting the aforementioned assistance.
