Our 2027 Conference will take place at Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha, This hotel is a beautiful space for our conference in downtown Omaha’s Old Market district, featuring an onsite restaurant, indoor pool, fitness center, and beautiful atrium. It is surrounded by amenities and great places to eat and our host facility, Henry Doorly Zoo, is just two miles away.

Reservations

We have secured the discounted rates of $142/night per room, regardless of single or double occupancy. This rate includes made-to-order hot breakfast every day!

The hotel will be holding a block of rooms for us until Friday, January 22, 2027. Reservations made after that date will be accepted on a space-available and rate-available basis. Check in time is 4 pm on the day of arrival. Check out time is 11 am on the day of departure. If early arrivals or late departures are necessary, please let the hotel know in advance and they will make every effort to accommodate. Reservations may be cancelled without first night’s room and tax penalty if done so 48 hours before scheduled arrival.

Transportation to Hotel

If you are traveling by air, you will fly into Eppley Airfield (OMA), which is the main commercial airport for Omaha. The drive from the airport to our conference hotel is approximately 4 miles.

If you are driving to Omaha, please be aware the hotel is located in a downtown area and does not have free parking. There is a parking garage owned by a third party. Self-parking is $26/night.
