REGISTRATION FOR THE 2027 CONFERENCE WILL OPEN ON OCTOBER1.

Please see pricing information and options below, and contact us at conference@IAATE.org before registering if you have any questions for clarification. Please be aware that full-conference registration (which includes all sessions plus our Icebreaker, Banquet, and Zoo Day trip) is only available until close of online registration. After this time, we will have no more pre-registration for the conference. Paper session days may be attended as a walk-in, registering at the conference itself. We will also have a virtual component this year.


If you are not already an IAATE member, registration discounts for members far exceed the cost of membership; joining before registering is advised – Join IAATE.

Full-conference Registration Fees for 2027
Early Bird Member: $345 (until Dec 31, 2026)
Regular Member: $390 (after Jan 1, 2027)
Early Bird Non-member: $455 (until Dec 31, 2026)
Regular Non-member; $500 (after Jan 1, 2027)                        

Optional activities not included in registration (subject to additional charge):
Pre-conference Trip to Lee G. Simmons Wildlife Safari Park: $TBD
Full-day Advanced Training Workshop: $100
Workshops: $40

Virtual Conference Registration
The paper sessions (Thursday, February 25 and Saturday, February 27) of our conference will be offered as a virtual option this year. 
Virtual Member: $200 (October 1, 2026 – February 24, 2027)
Virtual Non member: $250 (October 1, 2026 – February 24, 2027)

Please read the waiver below before registering, there will be no exceptions:
1. Only ONE registration form per person
2. Name and Affiliation should be listed as you would like it to appear on your name tag.
3. Registration discounts for members far exceed the cost of membership; joining before registering is advised – Join IAATE.
4. Registration refunds will incur a $25 processing fee.
5. No refunds will be given after January 15, 2027. 
6. Workshops have limited capacity. Once sold out, a message will be displayed informing you that the workshop is full.
